Summer Shipping Pause

Dear Customers,

As summer temperatures begin to rise, we want to let you know about an important seasonal change to our online shipping schedule.

Because the live probiotic bacteria in The Cultured Coconut are highly sensitive to heat exposure, we will be pausing regular online shipping. The last online order will be accepted on Wednesday, June 17 and resume on Thursday, September 10 (with orders being sent Monday, September 14). 

For our loyal customers, especially those who rely on us year-round, we can offer a couple of options to help you continue enjoying The Cultured Coconut throughout the summer months:

1. Stock up before the shipping pause
   If you live in a remote area without retail access, we strongly encourage placing an order before the June cut-off date to help cover you through the summer season.
2. For those customers living in Canada, find us at retailers
   The Cultured Coconut is available at a growing number of retailers across Canada. Purchasing locally is often the best option during the hottest months. You can see where to find us local on this page.
3. Year-round delivery package (12 bottles) 
   For customers with extra fridge space — or those wishing to split an order with family or friends — we offer 12 bottles/package, year-round. These orders are shipped differently: packed in insulated coolers with ice packs and sent by overnight courier to protect the probiotics during transport.
