Shipping policy

To keep your order fresh, we ship exclusively via express delivery (1-2 days). We only ship packages on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to prevent your items from sitting in a transit warehouse over the weekend. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will ship on the following business day. Final delivery speed (next day vs two day) is solely determined by your shipping address.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We can only ship orders to the same country as the billing address.

All bottles are wrapped in insulated material with ice pack(s) to keep them as cool as possible.

We strive to ship all orders the same day they are received but some limitations do exist. All orders received by 2:00 PM AST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM  AST may be shipped the next day.

We offer shipping Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in order to prevent shipments from idling in the courier system over a weekend.
