Shipping policy

Due to the nature of our product (requires refrigeration), all orders are shipped express. This means you will receive your order either the day after you order it (next day) or the day after that (two day). Please note, next day delivery is not available for all locations so the speed at which you get it will be determined by the ship-to address.

We cannot ship to PO boxes.

We can only ship orders to the same country as the billing address.

All bottles are wrapped in insulated material with ice pack(s) to keep them as cool as possible.

We strive to ship all orders the same day they are received but some limitations do exist. All orders received by 2:00 PM AST are shipped the same day. Orders received after 2:00 PM  AST may be shipped the next day.

We offer shipping Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday in order to prevent shipments from idling in the courier system over a weekend.
